Why a generation may be blocked
AI video providers apply safety checks to prompts, input images and generated content. A request can be blocked before or during generation. An unexpected rejection does not necessarily mean you intended anything harmful.
Checks may relate to people and their likenesses, sexual or violent content, children, illegal activity or other restricted material. Available features and restrictions depend on the provider, model and region.
What you can do
- Use assets you own or have permission to use, including permission for identifiable people.
- Describe the furniture, setting and intended movement clearly. Avoid ambiguous wording and unnecessary personal information.
- Review the provider’s policy before changing a rejected request. Do not try to bypass its safety checks.
- If you believe a rejection is a mistake, contact support with the generation reference and error message. Please do not send passwords or sensitive personal information.
For Google-powered video features, see Google’s responsible AI and usage guidelines.
